Yibei transhipment disclaimer and compensation terms A、Disclaimer clause:



Under the following circumstances, Yibei Transport (hereinafter referred to as the company) shall not be liable for compensation.
1. Delay in mail time or loss of goods due to force majeure (" force majeure "means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective circumstances, including customs clearance, flight delay, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire and other similar events).

When generating the waybill, the customer shall confirm that the name and quantity of the goods declared are completely consistent with the contents of the goods in the package, and there shall be no false declaration, understatement, overstatement, concealment or omission. Otherwise, customs fines, returns and other consequences shall be borne by oneself; If the package contains items not listed in the declaration details, once these items are lost or damaged, the consequences will be assumed.
5. When receiving the mail, the outer package is in good condition, the seal is in good condition, and there are no signs of damage and demolition. And the recipient has signed in accordance with the prescribed procedures. If the recipient finds that the contents are missing or damaged, and there is no unpacking video, the claim will not be settled.

The recipient's unit or residential community does not allow the delivery personnel to enter, or the relatives and friends with the recipient's address collect on behalf of the recipient, due to the internal behavior or negligence of the collection department, resulting in the delay of the mail time limit or the loss of the item

If the package arrived undamaged and basically intact, the recipient did not raise objections and issued a written record of the damage, or the sender (including the shipping website) failed to provide packaging that can support the needs of multiple transhipment caused by damage to the contents or damage to the package;

Due to your violation of the relevant regulations and terms of the company and the customs, such as: false declaration, transshipment of prohibited goods, goods quantity exceeds the quantity specified by the customs, etc., resulting in the loss of goods, delay in customs clearance, fines, fines and return consequences;
9. When placing an order, the customer writes the receipt information of the warehouse wrong, resulting in delayed delivery of the package or even failure to arrive at the warehouse, or the package is placed in the wrong warehouse, etc., the customer shall bear the consequences;
10. If the express in the United States shows that the package has been delivered to the warehouse address of Yibei, but the verification has not received the package, the customer needs to provide the express receipt voucher to prove that Yibei has signed for the package, before the claim can be applied;
11. If the customer does not apply for delivery of the goods in the normal warehouse for more than 60 days, it is deemed to have abandoned the goods, and Yibey is not responsible for continuing to keep the goods, or in the event of loss, damage and other adverse consequences are borne by the customer.
12. If the customer does not apply for goods inspection, checking and other services after the parcel is stored in the warehouse, the customer shall bear the consequences such as the reaction of the customer after receiving the goods is inconsistent with the actual order due to the lack of delivery/misdelivery by the shipper and the defects and defects of the goods themselves.
13. Due to the customer's failure to confirm and pay tax in time, or due to the customer's loss of contact, the consequences of tax payment and release delay shall be borne by the customer. Failure to pay tax within 3 weeks from the date of issuing the tax notice shall be treated as abandoned goods.
14. If the package needs to be returned for some reason, the response and confirmation are not given within 3 weeks from the date of the return notice, it will be treated as abandoned goods.
Fifteen. In the process of delivery, due to the loss of contact with the customer, 30 days from the return of the package, if the recipient is still not contacted, it will be treated as abandoned goods.
16. Due to the customer providing wrong, incomplete delivery information or other special requirements, resulting in repeated delivery of express, the cost and once caused by the delay and other consequences shall be borne by the customer.
17. The customer shall be solely responsible for any adverse consequences such as erasure of data in tapes, CDS, files or other storage media or erasure of photographic images or audio tapes in exposure negatives.
18. Due to special weather and other reasons, melting, deformation, freezing and other consequences occur during the transportation of goods.
19. When signing for the package, whether it is family members, doormen, colleagues, relatives and friends, etc., will be regarded as my signature. The company will not accept any claims for damaged or missing parcels that are normally signed for.
20. The mail is lost or delayed due to the responsibility of the customer or the items sent.
21. The customer does not inquire and does not claim compensation from the date of mailing the mail to the expiration of the inquiry period (three months from the date of mailing the mail)
22. International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed in accordance with the domestic laws of the country of destination.
We hereby declare that we do not accept or bear insurance and compensation for changeable, fragile and fragile articles including milk powder.
B、Insurance payment
All the items that need insurance, the customer must provide the invoice for the purchase, the insurance amount can be added to the freight amount, otherwise the freight will not be compensated separately.
1. This service is on a voluntary basis. When choosing this service, the sender should determine the value of the item and freight, and the maximum insured amount of each mail is 600 US dollars;
2. The insurance fee shall be charged at 2% of the insured amount declared.
3. The declared amount and the insured amount shall be consistent with the actual value of the article, and the lower one shall be calculated if there is any discrepancy;
4. If insured mail is lost or short, compensation shall be made according to the insurance proportion of the actual loss weight of the item to the total weight, but the maximum is not more than the insured amount of the relevant mail;
5. Without the purchase of loss insurance, the package is lost before being transferred to the domestic express, the maximum compensation amount is ¥600, and the loss after being transferred to the domestic express will be paid in accordance with the domestic express policy;

Compensation (No compensation for fragile items)
6. For the goods that have been stored, but the goods that have not purchased insurance are lost in the transit and storage process, the company provides a claim of 3 times the freight, but the maximum is not more than 100 US dollars;

The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the goods caused by the website, the shipper's short delivery, wrong delivery, and no storage records, and the sender's failure to provide the correct delivery identification and code.
8. The company only accepts loss compensation for insured items, not damage compensation, and does not accept insurance and compensation for fragile, fragile and deformable items;
9. We will not be responsible for the "original container transfer" package, the outer package is intact, the inner package is damaged;
10. Provide wrong, incomplete, incorrect or missing address information, unable to contact the recipient, resulting in repeated delivery costs and related consequences, we will not be responsible;

Tips: It is recommended that special items, electronic products, precision instruments and other valuables purchase loss insurance, the insured amount can not exceed the purchase price of the goods. Loss insurance (premium) is 3% of the amount insured.
Please note: Milk powder, rice flour, powder powder and other goods are prone to damage during transportation. Even if such goods have applied for reinforcement services, once the damage (leaky tank/burst tank/broken, etc.) is not covered by the company.
C、Claims procedure
1. If the domestic signature meets the above claim scope, please be sure to submit a written claim application to the Department within 7 days after the signature;
2. If the domestic express tracking number provided by Yibei Transport cannot be tracked, the claim must be submitted within 30 days from the date of updating the tracking number. Otherwise, the Courier company will not be able to verify the process beyond the inquiry period;
3. The claim must be fully supported within 2 weeks after submission of the claim, any time beyond this time will be deemed to be invalid.
4, when signing, be sure to check the goods with the Courier face to face, if the goods are short, please contact the Courier to open a list of goods and proof of damage, contact customer service within 24 hours (overdue will not be accepted); All claims waybill, need to be signed within 7 days after the goods, collect claims related evidence information, send an email to Yibei transfer after-sales mailbox. After acceptance, our company will review and report after receiving the email, and give you a reply and claim payment. The whole claim cycle is within 30 working days. For the insured waybill, if the whole package is lost, the insured amount will be paid, but the insured price is subject to the actual shopping price, and the customer needs to provide shopping credentials when processing the payment. If the package contents are missing, the customer needs to provide other relevant proof to verify the processing (including but not limited to the loading and unloading weight, shopping credentials). Parcel received unpacked weight and corresponding waybill details and defect photos of the goods). [Compensation will not be accepted if insufficient evidence is provided].
5For all uninsured packages, in the event of loss or absence, the invoice of the relevant items, the certificate of the transport company and other relevant evidence (including but not limited to the weight in and out of the warehouse, the weight when the package was received unopened, and the corresponding tracking details and photos of the missing goods) must be provided. After verification, the maximum amount of compensation is 600 yuan.
6, the circumstances listed in our disclaimer are not within the scope of the claim.
7, whether it is family members, doormen, colleagues and other agents will be regarded as my signature, for the normal signature of the package, that indicates the end of the package delivery process. Subsequent damage and shortage of goods have nothing to do with the Courier service. We will not accept claims.
8. The above terms are independent terms. If part of the terms cannot take effect for some reason, it will not affect the validity of other terms.

D、Insured goods are not accepted
1. Works of art, including any work created or developed for sale, display or collection using technical, taste or creative talent, including but not limited to,
Paintings, drawings, vases, embroideries, limited edition prints, works of fine art, portraits, sculptures, collectibles, photographic negatives, photographic offset plates, photographic slides and other goods that are easily damaged or whose market price is particularly susceptible to change or whose value is not easily determined (and parts of goods). 2. Antiquities include any goods displaying an ancient style, whose historicity, age, or rarity gives it value, including, but not limited to, furniture, tableware, glassware, and collectibles such as coins, stamps, sports cards, gifts, and souvenirs. 3. Jewelry, including but not limited to, valuable watch parts, cut or uncut precious and inferior jewelry or precious stones, rhinestones and costume jewelry.
