A.Registered User Service Agreement and stated Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement")
1.
Yibei transport to provide you with overseas shopping, logistics information information docking services. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to you, and all the service content provided to you when using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), including the body of this Agreement, and all the provisions, rules, instructions, etc. that have been or will be released by the Service, shall be an integral part of this Agreement. Users should read this Service Agreement carefully before using the services provided by Yibei Transport. If they have any questions, they can consult Yibei Transport online customer service.
If the user does not agree with this service agreement, he may take the initiative to cancel the service agreement provided by Yibei Transport; Once you choose to register for the use of the services provided for you by the Company, regardless of whether you actually read this Agreement carefully before registration, it means that you have fully read, understand and agree that you have signed this Service Agreement with the company, and will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to make and modify this Agreement or the related provisions, rules, instructions, etc. from time to time as necessary. If there is any change to this Agreement and its components, the Company will post a notice on the website to notify you. The changes will become effective immediately upon Posting and will become part of this Agreement. If you log in or continue to use the Service, you accept the revised Agreement, and in the event of a dispute or dispute, the most recent Service Agreement will prevail. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any new content that expands or enhances the scope of the Service shall be subject to this Service Agreement.
B、Registration information and privacy protection

The registered user shall not lend, transfer, sell or mortgage the membership; Users shall not transfer or lend their accounts and passwords to others for use. All disputes and consequences caused by improper storage, unsafe operation or use of accounts by users shall be borne by registered users themselves, and Yibei Transfer shall not assume any responsibility. If the user finds that his or her account has been illegally stolen, used or otherwise jeopardizes the security of the account, he or she shall immediately notify the company in writing to suspend or terminate the relevant services, and the Company will handle the matter within a reasonable time, but shall not assume any responsibility for the consequences (including but not limited to any loss of the user) that have occurred before taking action.
3.We follow our privacy policy to protect personal information and do not provide identifiable personal information to third parties. Reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the user, for the user who refuses to provide valid identity proof, shopping credentials, the right to close the user account, refuse to provide services. The same user shall not register multiple accounts repeatedly or maliciously. If such problems are found, Yibai has the right to close the user account and reserves the right to pursue.
4.Suspension of membership For the following reasons, we may, without notice or notice to the member, suspend or remove the membership.
Improper use of account ID, password and the Service by myself or by others;

When the member has gone through the refund or cancellation process;
When a member is blacklisted or temporarily frozen, or is criminally dealt with, or requires civil reorganization.
Any breach of this Agreement or any provision of the individual Agreement by another Member;

You agree that upon termination of your use of the Service under any provision of this Agreement, We may immediately void your account or revoke your account and bar you from using the Account or the Service. After the termination of your account, we are not obligated to retain any information in or related to your original account.
C.Business model

Yibei transport is mainly to track and process the overseas logistics information provided by users, and provide customers with information technology services. That is, the customer places an order in an e-commerce company in the United States (it is hereby stated that this company has nothing to do with Yishellfish transport), delivers the goods to the designated warehouse of the United States storage company, the United States storage company notifies the platform of the arrival information of the goods, notifies the customer through the platform, the customer chooses to leave the warehouse and pay the fee, and the platform collects the payment (technical service fee) and the related materials for customs clearance. Such as ID card, cargo details, etc., after the user has paid the fee, the platform will notify the United States storage company to ship, and the United States storage company will handle the logistics part of the entire operation process, such as warehousing, customs clearance, and delivery. The United States storage company will choose one or more international logistics companies (such as FEDEX, USPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) to ship to customers, after the goods arrive in China, through the customs, commodity inspection department inspection and release, by the domestic express company to complete the delivery work. We are only responsible for information updates, enquiries and inquiries.
D、User obligation

1.For parcels transferred to China, it is necessary to truthfully declare the shopping information: according to the regulations of the Customs of the People's Republic of China and other relevant regions and national regulatory agencies for the import and export of personal use goods, all registered users must truthfully declare the shopping information of the goods to be imported and exported. Yibei Transshipment requires you to provide the name of the product, the quantity of the product, the price of the product and the screenshot of the purchase voucher, (hereby stated; The above requirements are provided by the registered user, the parcel weight is provided by the United States warehouse after packaging and weighing, and the transfer has the right to provide supplementary information to you at any time according to the requirements of relevant regions, national customs and other regulatory bodies, you should cooperate in a timely manner.
3.For packages transferred to China, valid identification information is required: According to the regulations of the Customs of the People's Republic of China and other relevant regions and national regulatory agencies for the import and export of personal use items, personal items clearance requires valid personal identification (ID card/passport). You will need to submit your ID card/passport to the Transshipment, the proof of identity you submit will only be used for customs declaration purposes. If you fail to upload your ID card information in time, it will cause your order to be delayed or even cancelled, please be sure to provide a real and valid identity proof.
4.The goods purchased in the package shall be for reasonable personal use, and shall not be used for commercial or any profitable behavior. All consequences and legal liabilities caused by the user's own use of the goods purchased in the package for commercial behavior shall be borne by the user, and the company shall not assume any responsibility.
5.Note for user signing: Before signing, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight. No matter whether the outer package is found to have obvious damage or torn traces, the goods should be inspected in front of the Courier before signing. If the goods are found damaged or lost, please indicate the damage on the signing form and take photos, or prepare a list of internal parts, and ask the delivery personnel to sign and reject the goods. If it is not signed by myself, the member should inform the signer to sign for the goods in strict accordance with this step, otherwise, please reject the package. The delivery of the parcel will be deemed to end one day after the parcel is received by or on behalf of the consignee.
6.Other national laws and regulations to comply with: Please understand the import and export restrictions of the destination and export country of your shipping service before ordering. We are not liable for any delays, costs, fines or penalties arising from your ordering of illegal goods. We do not have the authority to explain the laws and regulations of the relevant departments such as border inspection, customs and commodity inspection, as well as the specific operation and content, and these regulations are constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee to provide you with all relevant regulations and updated content. We cannot be responsible for or refund any ordered goods that are impounded, damaged or destroyed by customs and other regulatory bodies. We cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that cause Customs or other regulatory authorities to impose additional charges (whether taxes or duties) on the goods you order.
E.Refuse to provide warranty service:
1.After the user purchases the goods in the foreign e-commerce website, the goods should be forecasted in the system in accordance with the way of a shell transfer, the goods will be delivered to the designated foreign storage company warehouse, and the formal and accurate information required for the transfer to receive the goods will be informed. Yibei Transshipment has the right to open and inspect the contents of the goods received, but has no obligation to inspect the goods. At the same time, the inspection results do not guarantee the quality of the goods, whether there are defects or fake goods, and do not guarantee that the goods do not violate any laws and decrees issued at the place of issue, through the place of destination. If there is any violation of the relevant laws or other laws on the transfer of unjust gains from criminal proceeds, or if there is any illegal goods suspected of the above, the Company will notify the police or other relevant government authorities and submit the goods to assist in the search. If the inspection of the goods and the adoption of this Agreement to deal with the loss of members, Yibei transfer shall not assume any responsibility.
F.Parcel definition and property division
1.In order to protect the rights and interests of customers from damage, and to ensure the effective use of warehouse space and clear division of parcel property rights, the customer hereby explains the definition and handling of the customer's parcel, the customer agrees to strictly abide by the following terms, if the user violates the agreement, Yibei Transfer has the right to terminate the right to provide network services to them.
2.Storage period: The free storage time of Yibei transfer is 90 days, and the packages exceeding the free storage period are discarded parts.
Waste parts overdue parts processing instructions: Occupy more than the longest storage period of the parcel, as the customer automatically give up the parcel property rights, the warehouse will be discarded according to the waste parts.
Special reminder:Discarded parts are not covered by claims.
G.Claim clause
1.In the event of loss, damage or shortage of goods, compensation shall be paid in accordance with the claims rules published on the official website of Yibei Transport (for details, see the official website claims terms); The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or derivative loss (including but not limited to loss of revenue or profit).
2.The forwarder shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery of the consignment due to the following reasons, nor shall he be liable for any damages caused by any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, etc., or damages for other intangible losses. No freight adjustments, refunds or compensation of any kind will be taken:
a)Caused by the user's failure to perform responsibilities or negligence;
b) due to the nature or defects, characteristics or inherent defects of the consignment goods, such as fragile items broken or leaking, if no special reinforcement is selected;
c)The user violates the waybill issued by the Company, these Terms, service guidelines, or other agreements, including false cargo declaration, improper or incomplete packaging, marking, or address of the shipped shipment;
d)Force majeure events, such as air disasters, invasion by public enemies, acts or omissions of government authorities, legal authority, customs or quarantine officers, riots, strikes or other regional disputes, civil unrest, war or the danger of weather, or disruption of national or regional air or ground transportation systems or interference or breakdown of communications systems caused by matters beyond the control of the Company. In this case, the Company will still use reasonable efforts to deliver to the destination and complete the delivery as soon as possible. However, the Company has no obligation to notify the user when such a situation occurs;
e)The company follows the oral or written delivery instructions of the user or other sender or recipient; Loss or damage occurs in the package wrapped and sealed by the sender if the package is delivered undamaged and basically intact, the recipient has not raised objections and has not issued a written record of damage;
g)Delay due to customs clearance procedures or other procedures prescribed by the competent authority;
h) Delays caused by the user's failure to confirm the payment of duties and taxes in time;
i)Erasure of data from magnetic tape, files or other storage media, or erasure of photographic images or audio tapes from exposure negatives;
j) The outer package is intact, and the inner part is damaged;
k)Breakage and damage of fragile products, including but not limited to glass ceramic materials and their products, Musical Instruments, electronic equipment components, photographic equipment, etc.; In addition to requiring reinforcement of value-added services that still lead to breakage and damage;
l)Damage caused by the failure of the sender or the shopping website to provide packaging that can support multiple transhipment needs;
m)We will not be responsible for the costs and consequences arising from the repeated delivery of incorrect, incomplete, incorrect or omitted address information, failure to contact the recipient;
n)If the goods are stored for more than 90 days without delivery of the waybill, the system will automatically remove the package and dispose of the goods.
H、Claim settlement process
1、For claims of parcel damage or loss, the user must initiate a claim application in the claims system of Yibei official website within 7 natural days after the delivery of the parcel, and upload a complete order screenshot, shopping invoice or proof, and sign for receipt. For claims of failure to deliver or wrong delivery, the user must launch a claim application in the claims system of the company within 7 natural days after the delivery of the package, and upload a complete order screenshot, shopping invoice or proof. The user's claim application after the claim date will not be accepted.
2、If there is no written notice of damage to the item when the user receives the package, it should be prima facie evidence that the item was delivered in good condition. For abnormal packages, the recipient must indicate it on the receipt when signing and ask the Courier to sign. When the goods arrive at the designated place, in addition to the user or shipper's special declaration to be signed by the designated consignee, the doorman, colleagues, family members and other collectors at the place of arrival of the goods will be regarded as my signature, for the normal signature of the package, a Bei transfer will not accept claims.
Note: (The purchase of specially reinforced goods must have a complete and clear unpacking process video, otherwise it is not within the scope of claim)
In the absence of any of the above documents, the transfer has the right to reject. Compensation will be charged directly to the account balance and used as freight, there are no restrictions on use, but it cannot be withdrawn. If the user has received compensation as agreed, the ownership of the item and the corresponding claim rights will be transferred to Yibei Transfer.
I、Service agreement
1.The user shall not falsely report, conceal, and carry items prohibited by the state; The user shall make double compensation for all losses caused by the breach of this agreement;
2.The user shall not refuse to pay any service fee without reason. If the user fails to pay the fee for no reason, Yibai Transfer may exercise the right of disposal, lien and other remedial rights against the goods, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user or the consignee; 3. Any dispute arising from the performance of or in connection with this Agreement may be settled by the parties through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the people's court in the place where the Company is located;
4. The user must declare the value of the goods truthfully, and the declared value must be the same as the transaction price of the recipient/shipper. If the shipper conceals or underreports the value of the goods, resulting in customs clearance or fines, the relevant responsibilities and costs shall be borne by the user;
J、Prohibited consignments
1. Cash and cheques, bills of exchange, securities and other securities;
2. Credit cards, cash cards, etc.;
3. Passbook and cash drawing card of financial institution;
4. The place of delivery on the package is not easy to identify; 5. Living animals and plants, dead animals or taxidermied animals (i.e., specimens);
6.
Human body or a part of human body, remains, remains, tablets;
7. Stimulants, cannabis, anesthetics, drugs that act on the central nervous system and affect mental state, and other prohibited drugs;

J、Prohibited act:

In using the Service, the User shall not do any of the following, or may do any of the following.
1. Use of the Service for improper purposes;
2. Infringement of the trademark rights, Copyrights, appearance patents, invention patents and other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, advertising rights and other rights of Yibei Transfer and third parties;
3. Acts involving fraud and other crimes;
4. Disguise the use of the Service by third parties;
5. Improper use of Yibei transport and third party equipment, or obstruction of operation; 6. violations of the decree, this Agreement or individual agreements, and acts contrary to public order and social morality;
7. Conduct that impairs the operation of the Service;
8. Any other conduct that is deemed not to be in conformity with the regulations.

If the user violates the above agreement, Yibei Transfer shall suspend or stop the service according to the seriousness of the circumstances; User behavior involved in violation of the law, will be transferred to the relevant departments for handling; If any loss is caused to the Company, the Company will require the user to compensate.
K、Refund service
1.
Yibei transfer charge mode is "prepayment mode", since the successful recharge, the payment amount is regarded as "consumed behavior", Yibei transfer will provide equivalent services for users within a period of time after the successful payment, so no refund in any form after the recharge.
2.
If the customer needs to carry out "balance refund" due to personal special reasons, that is, withdraw the amount of prepayment to Alipay account, the withdrawal fee shall follow the following principles:
a. If the user has not made any consumption on Yibei Transfer after the recharge, Yibei Transfer will deduct 5% of the applied withdrawal amount, no less than 5RMB/ time, and then refund the remaining amount to your Alipay account.
b.
Calculation formula: Amount returned = amount applied for refund *0.95RMB
c. If the user applies for "balance refund" for withdrawal after recharging, the transfer will deduct 5% of the applied withdrawal amount, no less than 5RMB/ time handling fee and 30RMB/ time labor calculation fee, and then return the remaining amount to your Alipay account. 6. Calculation formula: Amount returned = amount applied for refund *0.95-30RMB- other deductible expenses
Refund application process:
1. Through the wechat customer service staff of the official website of Yibei Transport, ask for the "Yibei transport Refund Application Form", and fill in the application form accurately and timely according to the requirements in the application form. After filling in the application form, take photos or scan it, and send it back to the wechat customer service, waiting for the financial audit, the audit cycle is 5-10 working days.
2. Special reminder: The amount returned to your prepayment account by the system or customer service for any participating in a transfer activity cannot be applied for withdrawal. 3, any form of top-up to the account balance of compensation, no restrictions on use, but does not support withdrawal. 4. There is no minimum amount limit on the amount of refund applied. If the consumption is less than 10, the audit fee will be waived. The rebate amount of all participating in the rebate activities will not be withdrawn.
5, the user account applying for refund, the membership level will be directly reduced to the ordinary member, the account will no longer enjoy the right to upgrade the level, that is, permanently belong to the ordinary member.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following situations:
1. The loss caused by an accident that did not occur by accident due to the intention or fault of the company;
2. Losses caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to: air disasters, weather, mechanical failures, acts of public enemies, wars, strikes, disturbances, government actions, acts of customs or national quarantine authorities, traffic control, flight delay or cancellation, traffic accidents or traffic jams, etc.);
3. User's violation of laws and regulations. Please understand the import/export and other legal and regulatory restrictions of the countries involved in the relevant services before ordering. We are not liable for any delays, forfeitures, fees, fines or penalties arising from your ordering of goods that violate the laws and regulations of the country of import or export. In case of any loss caused by your purchase or use of our services, or the goods (including packaging) transferred, we reserve the right to claim compensation from you. Please note that if the address on your order is incorrect, we will not be able to change the delivery address after the order has been submitted, and we will not be liable for any delays, charges or other delivery problems caused by your incorrect delivery information. We will not provide any refunds or replacements if such errors result in the rejection, seizure, forfeiture, loss or damage to the order.
5. Member's nationality information is wrong, please declare your nationality information in the payment, if you make false declaration or wrong declaration, resulting in the wrong payment, the loss incurred will be borne by you, and has nothing to do with the transfer; If any of your information is not true, resulting in damage (including government control penalties), we have the right to pursue you. 6. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of income, profit, actual use, business opportunity, commercial value, etc. which may be obtained based on the consignment.
7. Points, coupons, discount coupons are the virtual goods given by our company, and can only be used within the validity period; Virtual items are non-transferable, discounted and not refundable once placed.
8. If the unilateral responsibility of other members is determined by the State agency to be the responsibility of members, Yibai shall not assume any responsibility.
9. Yibai Transfer shall not be liable for delay caused by the following circumstances (including but not limited to) described: the customer fails to provide customs or commodity inspection or other information required by any regulatory authority in time during the customs clearance of the express shipment at the mainland port; The same customer at the same time has more than one ticket need to do customs clearance processing; The customer requires the return of the express (except for the cost of freight); Express items that, due to the customer's own reasons, propose to change the delivery address, recipient or change the mode of delivery and other contents of the waybill; Select self-pickup, forwarding service, virtual address, convenience store, express collection station personalized service; Other delays due to customer reasons. 1. The execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; 2. In case of any dispute arising from the content or performance of this Agreement, both parties shall try their best to settle it through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court in the place where the Company is located. 3. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Service Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
